Travta Shipping Policy
The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:
Receiving the order:
After receiving your payment, we will notify you that we received your order, and it will process immediately.
Processing starts after receiving your order confirmation email. It means verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays)
We will advise you when your order is shipped with the tracking number (Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available).
- Shipping Charges: Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed on the product page. It includes handling, packaging, and shipping costs. It will depend on the size, weight, quantity of your order’s items, and destination point.
- Shipping Time: 1-4 business days for U.S. orders.
International delivery: Currently, we offer to ship across the U.S. only.
Your Order Status: We will notify you when your order status changed. You can click your order tracking number every time you want to check it.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees: Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees in your country. Every country has its own unique regulations and procedures. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
